Toby has served as the Chief Executive Office of the San Ramon Chamber since July of 2002. Prior to his position with the chamber he served as Director of Tri-Valley/Tri-City Operations for Junior Achievement for 3 years where he was primarily responsible for fundraising and program management.
From 1994 to 1998 he served as Director of Programs in the U.S. and Canada for an International Language Schools that was acquired by Sylvan Learning Systems. In this position he was responsible for program design, implementation and development.
