I stumbled upon this page by mistake when I checked the statistics of By Reason of Passion, my website.

For anyone who's interested in reading, By Reason of Passion is a different than any other novel you've read. First, it does have some magic realism in it, although you wouldn't know it from the first chapter. And, yes, it's set in the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) and New York.

I won't go into other details of the story since I don't want to give it away, but I hope that either a publisher or agent decides to pick it up. The novel was almost published by Kensington Publishing.

To all who come here, please drop by. You will find Chapter 1 in PDF form, as well as a PDF of an article on Santeria (which is also on line as an htm file). 

I will keep all informed if the novel gets picked up for publication.
