Full-time opportunity available in the Information Services Department. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with on-call and rotational weekend requirements. Candidates must understand the strategic vision of Metro Health Information Services. Ensures daily activities support and aligns with the strategic visions. Provides quality customer service while analyzing and resolving computer issues using technical remote diagnostic tools. Provides prompt resolution to customer issues according to policies and procedures. Basic understanding of medical billing, productivity, and computer applications used within medical offices, claims and other daily processes. Requirements include successful completion of Help Desk certifications, or bachelor��s degree in Information Technology. Proven proficiency in MS Office applications, Active Directory, Novell, Citrix and Outlook are mandatory. A minimum of five years experience in a Help Desk/Computer Support position.
