- Kara Panetta graduated from St Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education. She recently completed RYT 200 hour training at Heart Space Holistic in Albany NY and is a registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance. She began teaching in February 2008, and has been practicing yoga since 2002. She teaches a blend of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. Her most influential teachers and mentors are Robert Cuozzi and Lauren Toolin. She credits them with opening the doors towards a life changing yoga practice. Kara strives to make yoga real, practical, and relevant for everyday living. She believes that yoga heals and transforms lives. Kara lives in the Schenectady area with her husband and two children.
