AboutUs is a wiki for and about businesses and organizations, containing information both about websites and other community created information.

Our Technology
- The thumbnail images on the records are provided by Name Intelligence's proprietary thumbnail service and provide a link to the referred to site.
- Our CamelCaseing of domain names is a technology made by Name Intelligence and is used on AboutUs to help make domain names more readable. If you notice that the CamelCasing is wrong, you can correct it.
- The map to the right is from Google Maps's service. Changes to where the map points are done automatically when the address is changed in the record.
- Our logo symbolizes the emergence of community of collaboration that we feel comes from AboutUs. See AboutUsLogo for more.
- We developed InfluenceUs as a way to connect people and organizations.

- NickBurrus (delighted) : Six months...wow. Time flies; I have evolved from trying to figure out what the heck was the edit button or how to make italics in wiki code into a wiki expert with ever going projects. I plan on staying; and wish to say thanks to all those folks at AboutUs!
- I rarely support a commercial company, but the philosophy of this company is to die for. Wonderful community, fun times on IRC and via wiki; conference calls that actually MAKE SENSE and is not a turn around table dodging the question. These folks get the work done.

- Abu Ari (frustrated) : I'd like a way to add geotags to an aboutus page, to make is show up in pages like http://geourl.org/near/?p=http://www.hsjonleik.fo/. . I'm not sure if grabbing the data from e.g. http://hsjonleik.fo/index.htm is useful, but pointing at a map or typing corrdinates certainly would be. 02:37, 13 June 2008 (PDT)
