Express yourself with jingling domains

iXpress.me is a new blogging initiative that allows its users to run state-of-the-art blogs with tiny difference: their URLs read like complete sentences or slogans.

The first jingling domain launched by iXpress.me is "Of-Cour.se!" where one can open blogs "Your Name, of Course", "Your Place, of Course" or "Your Passion, of Course" with corresponding web-addresses Your-Name.Of-Cour.se, Your-Place.Of-Cour.se and Your-Passion.Of-Cour.se.

The research shows that Internet browsers are more inclined to click on such jingling links, first just for curiosity, of course. Then more people return to the sites as these addresses stick in their minds.

The team at iXpress.me believes that people do blog because they want to make an impact on the environment and peers. Putting a noticeable web address in the email footers puts iXpress.me bloggers one head above the rest of the blogosphere.

On top of this, blogs hosted by iXpress.me run on servers that use exclusively 100% renewable energy with 0% of CO2 emissions.

There are dozens of other jingles on the way, rolling out in the earlier 2009.

We have moved much of our back and forth to Yammer.com - we like it and miss this public-ness at the same time. ~~ MarkDilley

Can I request some loving edits to the Yammer.com page from the people who use it more than I, and maybe some InfluenceUs comments? Kristina (contact me) 12:22, 22 October 2008 (PDT)
Maybe ask this in Yammer, Kristina? Those that use it are much more likely to see the message there than here, methinks. TedErnst (talk) 13:26, 22 October 2008 (PDT)

It was pointed out that this page has really fallen off the radar. Any ideas of what we could add here? Or should we remove it from the links box to the left? Kristina (contact me) 11:00, 29 September 2008 (PDT)

... The most important improvement was the creation of an article for How2BecomeAChristian.info at aboutus.org. ... This will be a great traffic generator as aboutus.org has about 5 million monthly unique viewers looking for sites. It also goes a long way towards getting the site ranked in search engines. Cross connecting and promoting sites is always good.
