If we considere the medical point of view ! In the TCI only belonger can afford to be sick. If you are a foregner all the doctor have specific order to send you back home by any mean necessary. Even if that include to let you suffer to death or even die. Just like this poor Haitian woman that came to Grand Turk Hospital this weeek for Pre-eclamptic status. Because she was on Work Permit and didn't have belongership The Philipini doctor in duty let the poor woman suffer till she died in the baby she give birth join the mother 2 days after. But that's not important that was just an Haitian. The same thing the German use to say about the Jews.
