- Hello and thanks for reading. As you probably guessed, I have Social Phobia (also known as social anxiety disorder) and severe depression. SA is an apparently common mental disorder but not really known about by most people. It can make life hard in a lot of ways and part of the reason I have decided to collect my thoughts and organise them into this blog is so that I can hopefully see how much I improve as time goes on and maybe encourage others who have the same problem to do something about it. This site has become more of a diary over the months though, but I intend to write some advice pages in the near future so hopefully it will be of some use to people other than myself!
