Poor Customer Support
My father and I purchased two of their 22LR Conversion kits. We received them in a timely fashion. However, neither of the kits functioned properly on our .45s. After polishing the slide on one .45 we were able to get one of the systems working fine. However, the other would fail to feed/properly go into battery or eject...all major problems on their own. So we took a look at both kits. The unit that was not functioning properly had a firing pin that was 1/16th of an inch longer than the other; the buffer spring was 3/4 inch shorter and 1/2 as many coils; the ejector would not seat properly into the barrel.
So we returned this unit via UPS over a month ago. We still have not received a replacement, nor have we been able to contact anyone with Cerner. They only have a FAX machine and a phone number that does not take messages and frankly states they will not return calls. UPS has confirmed delivery of the unit back to them. Included in our returned unit were photo's and a letter explaining our observations and a request that they contact us.
We will not suggest purchasing their products. They claim that their units are highly milled, however, we have found just the opposite. Just rough CnC mill work with no polishing touches; crude; and not worth the lack of customer support or money. Very poor business!
