- As simple as it is to edit a page on AboutUs - it is to revert unconstructive edits. Let me know if you have any questions. Best, MarkDilley

Hi Robert, nice to see you doing this! Is there anything that I can do to help? Maybe we could chat about it sometime. There is an idea of Portals developing around here. LASIK is an example. Look forward to more! Best, MarkDilley

Hi Mark, very intersting concept. I'd definitely like to know more about Portals. I sent you an email with my contact information, Thanks. Robert. CertGuard
Hi Robert, sorry to not connect this weekend. You available now? Best, MarkDilley
- How about right now by phone? MarkDilley
Hi, thanks. The Community Reviews section just lets everyone know that you (or others) are not representing the company. Your work is interesting- thanks for doing it on multiple levels ;) Kasey 16:32, 2 July 2007 (PDT)
Hey Robert- No worries on the review formatting- I'm glad to see that you caught my edits and are fixing them up. We're happy to have you here! Isabel
Testing out some new Categories ~ CertGuard 18:11, 18 August 2007 (PDT)
I think its great that you've joined AboutUs, and your warnings are great. The problem I have is your advertising of your site on every page. Maybe if we create a page called IT Certification, allowing to have other good IT Certification sites also having there site listed there. --Simon | talk 15:53, 20 August 2007 (PDT)
- Thanks for the input Simon, I Emailed Mark Dilley about this earlier today to see if he could provide some input as well. I can see where the external link would be considered advertising, and I apologize for that. It will be removed, but I find it offensive that you have completely remove all my information, including the link to the page that describes the Warning and the categories that were initially created in order to tag and connect all these sites. ~ CertGuard 16:08, 20 August 2007 (PDT)
- I've put back Category:Braindump website; but, I see no reason for the category Category:CertGuard. --Simon | talk 16:14, 20 August 2007 (PDT)
- Maybe use this template Template:Braindumpwebsite, and then put your website on IT Certification. --Simon | talk 16:20, 20 August 2007 (PDT)
- Thanks Simon, if you'll look at my User Page, you'll see that I have changed the description and removed the 'advertisement', I will go back through the pages I have previously changed and make the appropriate changes again. The reason for Category:CertGuard is twofold; it allows me to keep track of what I have had the time to review (since I can't get to all 3000+ sites in one sitting), and it lets the perusers of AboutUs.org view the sites that we have listed. Simply put, we are networking these pages through other channels. If people know that we have reviewed one site, then they may want to check other sites that we have reviewed.
minor tweak
Hi Robert, just wanted you to use PersonalPage rather than user page :-) example - as a go forward idea. Best, MarkDilley
Sure thing
Not a problem Mark, thanks! I'll update my (personal) page as soon as I click save. BTW, did you get my email a couple days ago?
- Robert, no I didn't. My 5 year old
has been hacked and I don't have access to it anymore, Google will not help me either! :-( So I am struggling to let folks know that I am now at
- without an address book. Please forward again, best, MarkDilley
RefactorReviews:Experiment
Hi Robert, just wondering if you could have a look at RefactorReviews:Experiment, where some of the pages where you've added community reviews are on the list. I have added them to Reviews that don't need refactoring list, but would like to have a word from you before they are completely removed from the list. Best, Asad | *~talk~* 05:21, 5 December 2007 (PST)
- Sure thing Asad, give me a couple hours and I will look over everything and get back with you. I have edited my User Page to better reflect what I think is our Goal. I hope this explains to AboutUs what CertGuard is trying to accomplish.
- Much thanks for the great job you're doing as well Asad. It is looking like it will be a great day. I hope yours is just as great.Bold text
