The Linux Foundation
The Linux Foundation is a nonprofit consortium working for the promotion, protection and standardization of Linux by providing unified resources and services. Their services include legal protection, standardization, promotion and collaboration. The Linux Foundation aims to close the gap between open source and proprietary platforms, while sustaining the openness and technical superiority of open source software.
