• A good start, though the page needs a fuller description of the company and contact information, address. The testimonial is great. Also, pruning the categories would be useful to readers. Kasey
• Ok, here are a few things, Section names - try re-inventing some so that it gives the page some individuality, Sections - Try to eliminate or expand sections that do not have information such as "Additional Information", Edit/Remove anything that begins, "Excerpted from..." as this shows that there is stil bot info, Add some contact information, at least a business email or phone or addy, Personally, I am somewhat confused by exactly what the site is about besides multimedia!?!? • This article might be a contender for featured, but as it stands it is just too wordy, not attractive enough, and does not lure the reader into wanting to read it. More pictures, and less words will make it so much better. Remember, we are creating a teaser to lure readers to click on links that take us to the original page. We are not duplicating the original page. It is this factor that can create a good featured, when the reader wants to read the page, and then wants to click on the links to find out more. • This is a pretty impressive page. The images are awesome. There's a couple of things that come to mind as potential improvements:
  • Is there contact information that can be added to this WikiPage?
  • Likewise, is there any address information? Even just a city and state adds a little reference point for AboutUs visitors.
  • This page could also potentially benefit from some "Community Reviews" and/or "Customer Testimonials" talking about their experiences with the embroideries from this website.

• Very cool! I love the picture of the kitchen, however, I think it could be resized which is very easy to do. What I am surprised is that there is quite a bit of information missing for visitors of the page to ascertain the where and who the company is. I think this is vital, the page should be a summary of your companies profile. I think it would be best to add some of this info as well as perhaps a map. You could also prune some of the categories at the bottom so that there arent as many red links. I think you are doing GREAT! I cannot wait to see some more manipulation of this page. I will try and edit the picture so that it fits better, feel free to revert back or mess around with the code you see, (add a few more like the picture on there and it will liven up the page! • Awesome WikiPage. I really like the inclusion of the upcoming events and service schedule. The description seems a little light and could maybe use a little bit more, but there's some really great info here, so it's a pretty strong featured candidate. One other thought I had to maybe spice the page up is that we'd love to see some "community reviews" or "testimonials" here; perhaps if members of the congregation would like to come to AboutUs and tell their experiences both with the church and the rector, that could make this a pretty special WikiPage. -- TakKendrick | Talk

• Again, I think that this is another page that needs some serious attention before it can be considered. It is hard to except a page such as this when there is really no information listed except for what the bot has provided. Take a look at some of the already featured pages. I would definately move the Logo up to the top to begin and take a little time adding some relevant information.. here are some examples on what you could add that would be of benefit: About The Website, About The Author(s), Online Literature and story index.. etc. also it may help if you add a few pictures such as from you fan gallery! • This page needs all sorts of work. I don't believe that the metatags are a good idea for the title section and the description still has yet to be updated from what the original bot has published. The contact and address information is not correctly listed and there is also no additional information of the site. I visited the website and it seems to have a wealth of information, perhaps by using some of this info you can help improve the wiki page about DiscoverPune.com. Take a look at how some of the previously featured pages utilize the page with the use of relevant information, photos and testimonials. • Thanks for the updates Abhay. I think there's still some work to be done here, it might be helpful to look at what some other similar WikiPages have done to give you some ideas. Here are a couple that I think might apply: Vignanam.com and BollywoodSARGAM.com. Both websites are like DiscoverPune.com in that they're really organized information about a variety of things related to a region or a topic. While they take different ways of doing so, their descriptions share this information and say what is on the website. Vignanam.com then shares a sampling of the content, definitions and stories from their page to give AboutUs readers an idea of what they're about. Meanwhile, BollywoodSARGAM.com just spells out the features and provides some external links to those sections on their website. Both are fairly effective. • SIte is just having mainly PAY PER CLICK ADS, Google Ads, Affiliate ads and wants to be listed to earn rather. The info is copied from other online Directories. Rather remove it.

• You did a good job with your bolding techiniques as well as have a wealth of information. I like the page however I suggest just a few things, 1.) I would remove the Discussion section headline on top and just leave the info under as part of the title section, 2.) add a few more pictures to liven up the page and 3.) add some links within the information listed or an external link section. other then that I think you are on your way! • That said, we're more than happy to consider this "user page" for a Featured WikiPage, some thoughts for improvements would be to take this page and treat it much like a regular "domain page" and really fill this out with:
  • Contact info (phone number/address/email)
  • Product information and photos
  • Where to buy information (including online purchases if available)
  • Testimonials or other press release information

• You may notice the NoWebsite template I added, this is because the page is currently an article and not a domain page. The information is still valid, however it should be redirected to a domain page setup. As far as the information that you have listed, it seems you are off to a decent start, Try adding some more info and a better description of the site. You may also find that the TOC (table of Content) is not needed as well. Check out some of the past featured pages here on AboutUs to get some more ideas on how to develop the page. • There was a spelling mistake in the article's name. The correct article is WoodbridgeInvestments.com, which now has a link to this discussion. I also added the company's address from its Better Business Bureau report, but it bothers me that a company wouldn't include its address on its web site. --Eohippus 17:33, 26 September 2007 (PDT)

• Leok7v - this is a great start. I like that you have let folks know exactly what your website / application is all about! I would go ahead and break free of our page structure of title and description and make them be the title and description :-) I also think that you could pizzazz up the WikiPage a little bit. Maybe check out Featured for some ideas of how other folks have done it. I do have a couple ideas if you want to touch base with me, that would be great! Best, MarkDilley
• This certainly seems like a good start. In addition to Mark's thoughts, what about adding system requirements for both the Mac and Windows versions. The information and links you have provided are extensive, which is good as long as you have something to keep the left brain occupied too! RecyclingForCharities.com featured discussion

• I for one am quite excited about this nomination, because I get the sense that this organization is doing a great job in helping to take consumer waste (old cell phones, ink cartridges) and finding a way to have these benefit other charities. That said, there's probably some work to be done to really polish up the WikiPage before it's "Feature worthy". Some basic thoughts:
  • More information about the Recycling for Charities organization
  • Information on the charities this organization helps (and by donating an old cell phone, can I choose specifically which charity, or does my support go towards a general pool)
  • This could lead to some basic "frequently asked questions" about the organization, the charities and how the process works
  • Maybe a testimonial from a charity that's been helped by this organization...

Just some of my quick thoughts. I hope they help, as I said I'm very interested in helping to nurture this as a "featured" candidate and helping to build out a great resource on this organization right here on AboutUs. -- TakKendrick | Talk 17:00, 3 October 2007 (PDT)

• This is a decent start, and there ARE some positive things going on, however, there isnt much to discuss.. I think it may help you to check out the past featured pages so that you can gain some insight on what it means to be featured here at AboutUS. Please do not miscontrue these comments as negative, they just mean that it takes something special to be featured and it is entirely possible that this page will be in the future with some constructive editing.
