we opened just under 4 years ago at 580 king street west in toronto, ontario canada. we are committed to making indoor cycling or spinning available to all with multitudes of classes including introduction classes on the weekends at noon and the best bikes and teachers.
our next dj spin is on thursday, june 29, 2006 at 5:30 pm and 7:45 pm with matt and 6:45 pm with brett. vince is back doing his dj cd spinning and the guys are quick on their feet jamming to the tunes on the fly. come and check out the magic.
we wanted to make you aware of a course that quad is presenting on sunday, september 17, 2006 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. it is an instructor enhancement/spinner advancement workshop. the course will run 4 hours in length, including doing a ride, discuss current and quad spinning philosophy, and include your own personal handouts and worksheets. call martin for any questions you may have at (416) 577-2475. $99.00 plus g.s.t. please pay at time of booking.
