Hello again! As far as malicious comments go, you responded in the best way possible. I think it's great to show potential customers how you deal with such a comment, rather than trying to delete it or reply in a more coarse manner. We have set up some guidelines when it comes to community reviews which you can view at CommunityReviewsFormatting and in general here at AboutUs we appreciate maintaining reviews just as you did so that perspectives aren't lost, but certainly if there is profanity, etc. these reviews are swiftly deleted by AboutUs Staff and/or active AboutUs members. Sidenote: I went ahead and edited your review so that it followed the standard for reviews on AboutUs and I also WikiLinked your name to link to your user page to show who made the edit and to allow the possibility for contact via your talk page. In the case of the review on HiddenDelites.com I think that it would be best to leave both reviews as it clearly shows a meaningful conversation of sorts and it helps to explain how customers may get in contact with the company. If you would like you could surely encourage past/present customers to submit reviews to the site (I would suggest this over you doing so, lest it look like you were fabricating reviews to someone who looked at the history tab).
