I noticed your edits to ConcernsPage. AboutUs.org is a wiki web site that at its simplest is a web site of web sites. Much of the site consists of DomainPages, but there are also Portals, PersonalPage, category pages, Help pages, and articles such as definitions. AboutUs is about community and people collaborating to build the commons and make the site an ever richer source of information and place to belong to for our active members. See AboutUs.org for a great overview of what we are all about. I would also suggest taking a peak at the first two tours at WikiAnatomy to learn about wiki and this one in particular.

Now to your more technical question. It would be helpful if you could specify the domain name you are asking about as DomainPages are formatted like AboutUs.org rather than by the company's name. And once you get to the page the CamelCase spelling is something that you can correct yourself (upon logging in) using the "move" tab at the top left. See Help:How do I fix the capitalization of an article? for more detailed instruction. I can also gladly do this for you once I know what page we are talking about.
