The gym is an open air style training facility that allows the breeze to pass through the gym & cool down the training area while you are training, Seeing the coconut & banana trees while you are training gives you a constant reminder that you are training the tropics. We are located close to Rawai, Naiharn and Yanui Beaches. We train at the beach on Saturday mornings.
Improvements were made such as new bungalows with Cable TV, hot showers & toilets with a seat & all our trainers learned to speak English.
The Gym has 18 heavy boxing bags, speed balls, floor to ceiling balls, 4 boxing rings, hot showers, mountain bikes, scooters for rent. Detox and fasting programs available.
