The gym is an open air style training facility that allows the breeze to pass through the gym & cool down the training area while you are training, Seeing the coconut & banana trees while you are training gives you a constant reminder that you are training the tropics.
Improvements were made such as new bungalows with Cable TV, hot showers & toilets with a seat & all our trainers learned to speak English.
The Gym has 16 heavy boxing bags, speed balls, floor to ceiling balls, medecine balls, 2 x boxing rings, hot showers, mountain bikes, & herbal steam room / sauna.
