Both of our properties are unique, individual and private and we are proud of both of them for many different reasons.
We fell in love with Hill Cottage because of its history, its traditional character and beautiful location with fabulous countryside views, the ideal spot for a seaside, relaxing and or exploring holiday.
South Beer was a natural addition to our own home, Beer Mill, when our neighbours retired. Combined Beer Mill and South Beer encompass 45 acres of mixed ancient pasture, woodland and newly planted indigenous trees with a stream flowing through and feeding our wildlife ponds as it journeys on to join the river Claw.
