I’m a mainpage editor at Slashdot.org, and the sectional editor for Slashdot Games. I have a gaming blog, entitled MMOG Nation, where I spin out the occasional comment about something that catches my interest in the MMORPG field.
I’m an equal opportunity gamer. I play titles on the 360, DS, Gamecube, PC, and PS2 with equal enjoyment. I also have the fortune to enjoy a rich tabletop gaming community. I’m currently running two RPGs as GM. One is a loose weekday game set in the Shadowrun world, using the most recent edition of those rules. The other is a D&D 3.5 game based around the Shackled City Adventure Path published by Paizo Press.
This Wordpress site is Version 3.0 of Randomdialogue.net. Version 2.0 was a Blogger framework, template modified to resemble the old RD.net site. Links by del.icio.us, comments by HaloScan. Version 1.0 was a php/mysql mishmash I hacked together myself during college. It had commenting and blogging even then … not that it was called blogging in 2000. That site was the evolutionary heir to a crappy web site I put up in 1996 on Angelfire.
