Founded by The Crystal Lich (rhymes with ‘witch’) in June of 1998, the zombie-hating movie-loving Undead of MovieCrypt (hereafter “The Undead”) are the premiere international organization of Undead film watchers and reviewers. Our base of operation is located beneath an abandoned cemetery on Quarantine Island underneath the Dames Point Bridge in Jacksonville, Florida, also the site of our mobile uplink station to our weather control and spy satellite orbiting in a geocentric orbit above the earth. Don’t believe us? Just ask the last non-believer that flew a plane or piloted a ship into the Bermuda Triangle.
Imagine being buried alive. If you could only take one movie with you to watch over and over again to help pass the time (assuming you survived six feet of earth shoveled over your casket and wouldn’t need to breathe after ninety minutes)… wouldn’t that be horribly boring after a while? We agree with you; we’re Undead and all we have is time. Fortunately, we put at least some of that time toward our passion: movies. And since we enjoy sharing our opinions, MovieCrypt.com was created to do exactly that.
The mission of The Undead is to further the growth of an informed film audience and to promote awareness of The Undead as a viable media and leadership alternative. Faithful Minions will be spared from the slave pits and the horrific experimentations to come when the world is under our control… wait. Just ignore that last part.
