- I have been gluten free since March of 2008. I found out that I have celiac disease through a test from Entero Labs. My daughter and husband also are gluten free. My daughter had dermatitis herpetiformis, which is a rash that some people with celiac disease have. We thought that going gluten free would clear her rashes up completely, but we have found out since then that she has eczema and allergies, some which are severe.
