- Tonight Jeff and I celebrated Granny’s and his birthday. We all met up for a lovely dinner at our favorite pizzeria and just enjoyed each other’s company. On the way home Jeff and I were discussing our finances as of late and ways we could save money. I am going to do my best to clip more coupons, stock pile on items that are frequently used when on a good sale, pay off some credit card debt and call around for auto insurance quotes. We have cut down on gas by only using one vehicle. Aside from going to work and school, we only use our vehicles when we must. We’ do our bill paying, grocery shopping, etc one day a week to help save on the amount of gas/money we are burning through. No matter how much I enjoyed my random trips to the store, we just cannot afford to be reckless with money right now!
