- The first show of its kind, Distortion 2 Static (D2S) brings true Hip Hop culture to mainstream television. D2S appeals to a wide audience comprised of Hip Hop historians, artists and fans alike. Through the creative use of artist profiles, interviews, videos and concert footage, D2S is able to provide an all-access pass to our viewers for their favorite Hip Hop acts. Based in the bay, the D2S crew interviews artists and covers events both locally and nationally. Committed to keeping our fans up to date, D2S provides exclusive footage from a variety of Hip Hop events all over the Bay Area. We also give viewers the opportunity to express their own opinions on the current state of Hip Hop through an original series we call Word on the Street.
