I somehow managed to hurt my back around 10 days ago. I’ve no idea what I did to cause it, but it hasn’t been the usual kind of spasm-like pain, it’s felt more like a tightness across my lower back and into my right hip. I kept thinking it was getting better as it seemed to free off during the day, then after a night’s sleep it got worse again. Today is the first time I’ve been able to drive since Valentine’s Day, so I celebrated by going shopping for search and rescue leadership training! After all, there’s no sense wasting good shopping time on food! rolleyes.gif I also bought several jars of my favorite coffee - I can eat out of my storecupboard for several days but I can’t do anything without my coffee! In fact, my storecupboard really came into its own the last couple of weeks, because I couldn’t get out to go shopping at all. I did run out of fruit and bread, but I had plenty of everything else.
