- I have decided that Sunday is my day of “not exercising”. I need ONE day off and today is that day. I have so much going on during the weekends (swimming, laundry, blog radio thingy) that I figured EFF THIS NOISE! So….here I am. Totally relaxing….not a sore muscle in sight.
