I am very proud to share with you the fact that I work within family-owned and operated Real Estate & Mortgage companies in Bellingham, Washington. My broker is my father and my mother is also a Realtor within our Real Estate company.
I have been a Realtor since January of 2006 for Pacific Realty Group, Inc. and am also a licensed Loan Officer for Pacific Mortgage Lenders, Inc. (One of the oldest mortgage brokerages in the state of Washington).
I am the only agent in our office that does BPO's and thus I specialize in Broker Price Opinions and do them full-time. Currently, I offer my services to over 30 companies.
I have worked extremely hard these past few years to become one of the "Leading Source for Broker Price Opinion Education and Instruction." I am working hard on making information about BPO's available for other agents and brokers all across the United States.
It's Official! My BPO Manual has now been published and is available for purchase through Amazon. Also, I am pleased to announce that I have become a permanent fixture of eBay. I am very fortunate to be recognized by eBay as being a "Powerseller" I provide both my BPO Manual as well as my Company Directories for sale through eBay. What exactly is a BPO? A "BPO" is an acronym for the phrase Broker Price Opinion. For many of you this phrase may be a completely new and foreign term. In actuality, it is a hidden industry within the Real Estate field and something that not many Agents or members of the general public know about. I had a steep learning curve when I first got started and want to make it easier for people to have access to information that may change their life as much as it did mine.
Plus, I feel that information is so empowering, and so I have tried to make it easier for you to get started in this exciting and stimulating side of Real Estate. Plus, doing BPO work is a very nice source of supplemental income on top of your Real Estate Commissions.
What can I expect to make?
I have been paid different amounts for doing BPO work: Exterior BPO's that pay anywhere from $40-$120 (dependent on whom you work with, the distance from your office to subj. property, and sometimes based on the fee that you ask for to do the order), Interior BPO's for anywhere from $50-$200, 2nd Opinion BPO's for between $50-$85, and Property Condition Reports for $10-$25.
Who can perform Broker Price Opinions?
You must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, Broker or Appraiser. Plus, you're license must be active, current and in good standing within the state you are wanting to provide your services. Where can I learn more about Broker Price Opinions?
