Woot : One Day, One Deal
Description
Woot features a "One day, one deal" system, where one product (called a "woot") is sold for an entire day. The next day, a new woot is featured, and the previous day's woot is no longer available. If a product sells out, users must wait until the next day for the next deal. Each user can buy a maximum of three of that day's woot.
Occasionally, the site sells items one immediately after the other all in the same day(s), changing only once the current item has sold out. This is called a "Woot-Off". Woot has explained that this is a way for them to get rid of left-over items from the previous months. Woot-offs last until the entire list of products has sold out. Users can buy up to three of each item featured in the woot-off.
Every Tuesday, the site performs their "Two for Tuesday" deal, where two items are packaged and sent together for the price of one.
