Sometimes the thumbnail is outdated

Our thumbnails are provided by Name Intelligence/Domain Tools. It is possible to refresh thumbnails:

1. Go to DomainTools.com.

2. Enter the name of your website in the search box for Whois Lookup.

3. When you see the outdated thumbnail, click "queue thumbnail for update" link.

4. You thumbnail has now been queued to be updated. This can take up to a half hour, but once it has been updated, your AboutUs.org will have the new thumbnail.
