Description: Add "seedling tray" to domain pages. This is a visual cue to visitors about what has been done & what they can do to make the page better.
Add "walking stick" to personal pages This is a visual cue to members about what they can do.
Why?
Business Reason: To make the site intuitive to all users. Having a "call to action" on every page will help educate folks on how to interact with the site
Done When

Hey Mark, here's a not well-rendered image of what we could do with PageLeveling.
