Title
Umoja.com - Umoja features a structured wiki that hopes to organize the content, web sites and blogs of the African Diaspora.
Description
Umoja.com, which means "unity" in Kiswahili, has the goal of organizing information, web sites, blogs, businesses and other resources of vital importance to the African Diaspora. Umoja.com is able to complete this mission using a custom structured wiki that was developed internally using the python language and django web framework for python. Although Umoja.com was first conceptualized in 2007, the actual development work started in 2009 and continues to this day. The current Umoja site is presently in a testing phase.
