Our thumbnails are provided by Name Intelligence/Domain Tools. It is possible to refresh thumbnails:

Go to DomainTools.com.
Enter the name of the website in the search box for Whois Lookup.
When you see the outdated thumbnail, click "queue thumbnail for update" link.
The thumbnail has now been queued to be updated. This can take up to a half hour, but once it has been updated, the AboutUs.org page for this domain will have the new thumbnail.
The request can be made once a week.
