you can sleep when you're dead is a project of Corey Szopinski a Brooklyn-based designer and web developer; currently the Director of Technology at Domani Studios.
Part of my role as Director of Technology, is to find and apply industry best practices with an eye on our specific skill sets and profitability. As I come across these resources, I’ve often wanted a central place to share what I’ve found with people on my team, and others outside the company that might find these references useful.
The site's name comes from a running joke with my friend Randy Gibbs, an avid cyclist who often averages 100+ miles per day. Essentially, it reminds me to stay motivated, work hard, and continue to look for inventive new solutions. The worst thing a designer (or anyone really) can do is rest on their laurels, get lazy, and sleep their life away.
