Our store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am until 5pm. If you are coming from a distance, be sure to call a day ahead to make sure we are not closed or closing since we are only a two person business. You can also check our events page to see if we are away. Internet calls are answered 10am to 9pm Eastern time 7 days a week whenever possible.
We are an authorized Janome Dealer with territory restrictions as are all authorized Janome Dealers. Purchasing Janome products from unauthorized dealers may in most cases void product warranty. We are authorized to sell a limited number of models over the internet from our online catalog; and the full line of Janome products in the following New York State Counties: Saint Lawrence, Jefferson, Lewis, Franklin, Clinton, Essex, Warren, and Hamilton.
We are well stocked in all model price ranges. We offer free lessons in our store on the machine operation after purchase. Lessons are not included on internet sales.
