Great questions! Let me go through them one by one. I am not sure if we are doing the caricatures anymore or not, but I have added the Category:NeedsCaricature to your personal page, which is the first step in that regard. I think you are right about the reason for the thumbnails not showing up on TheBedazler.com and expeditionCraftsmanship.com and I guess we should go ahead and add custom thumbnails to them. You can find instructions for doing this here. Let me know if you need help with this. Regarding the badges, do you mean Badge for website owners or the badges on my personal page? The badges on my personal page can be seen here: Template:Asad_Mahmood_Butt/Badges. You an edit the page to see the code. It's really quite simple. Just choose the ones you want for your personal page and add them there. Also, you are right about the videos, we'll be working to update them pretty soon.
