Things I Care About,

I care about God, family, good health and country. Other then that I love the outdoors and traveling. I enjoy going on cruises with my family and traveling the great North West. I also care very deeply about our soldiers in harms way and wish for them to come home to their loved ones "unharmed." My wife and I have a great admiration for our two chows and cat. We love our two girls and look for a day that our extended families can be together and share in the celebration of life.

Good health is something that greatly concerns me and I cared to the point, where I became involved as a membership consumer of healthy household and nutritional products. Thereafter, I immediately began working on mirrorathlete.com to promote the good health word through a FREE monthly eNewletter. Each month I continue to chip away at the site making improvements. This is a learning experience and I'm enjoying the challenge and priviledge to bring a lot of FREE health education/information into the mix.

I love to read spiritual books that deal with connections to the afterlife, history, politics and financial business opportunities and land development/property management. I also enjoy reading People, Star Magazines, National Geographic and just about anything else that is real work... Political and Foreign affairs are also very interesting to me.

Working in fitness and welness consulting to include nutrition and overall health issues, pain management, etc, is a great learning experience and an opportunity to help others with their health. At woodchat.com I would like to provide family videos and pic's of our outdoor adventures (currently the family pic and videos are in a secured vault within our business site. I would like to post my real movie narrations-health promotions at mirror athlete enterprise to communicate and share health concepts, and the fun family outdoor and property development ideals on woodchat.com.
