- PeterDoyle78 (delighted) : I have always ordered from Rim Right and have always in 4 orders recieved my product with tracking number. Justin has always given me great communication and service and i will continue to buy from him . Seems this PERSON who seems to be the same person making multiple claims that they live in USA and bought the product and never got it due to it getting caught at customs. Rim Right have ammended their shipping policy )shipping insurance) and obvioulsy this person was to cheap to take it out and now wants to take out his frustration on Rim Right / Justin. You shouldnt have ordered an illegal product and then wondered why you never got!!! I have always been a happy customer of Rim Right , and will continue to be!!. . . Sun Apr 19 19:08:58 UTC 2009
