Even though all around his desk you will find a wall of awards, certificates and licenses, it might feel intimidating to meet such an accomplished entrepreneur but alas you will find just the opposite. Jeffrey will meet you with a warm embrace, wishing nothing more than to meet yet another new friend that needs his help in a real estate transaction. His goal is to treat everyone the way they want to be treated, respectfully, with dignity and above all, with honestly. It sounds like a Boy Scout motto but what you will find is that Jeffrey was born in West Virginia and had moved to Glen Rock in 1968. His parents both polite and very intelligent, in their own right, brought him up with southern hospitality. That hospitality along with the great education received in the Glen Rock school system and thereafter college produced a powerful marketing agent and negotiator.


Helton's expertise includes over 25 years of Residential and Commercial aspects in Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Construction. Now a realtor, Helton raises the bar, providing his clients with a higher level of service with nearly 20 years of running a contracting business.


Community service as a volunteer for the Washington Township Volunteer Ambulance Corps. has helped Helton give back to his community. Helton has been Lieutenant since 2004 helping the Corps run on a day to day basis while by being on the executive board since 2001. He has also been responsible for spearheading the recruiting of new members over the last few years resulting in a strong membership.


Helping the Corps. celebrate it's 50th Anniversary in 2007, resulted in a very successful event held at the Township's Swim Club. Helton is also on the Executive Board lending a hand with the overall business of the Corps.With over 700 Emergency Calls since 2001, Helton has been credited with one of the best CPR survival rates. When an emergency hits time is of the essence and Helton raises to the occasion.


Helton's experience produces powerful results by thinking outside of the box.No two deals are the same and he knows it.With a high impact personal drive, Helton leverages your purchasing or selling power with a world of knowledge which equates to power negotiations.
