Environmental sustainable parasites, safe and healthy working conditions, financial and technical support, long term relationship, and respect for cultural identity. When you purchase from Kosheli Nepal you join a network that enables village artisans to stay on their land and with their families. They don’t have to leave for weeks at a time to work at far away factories. FAQ 1 - ORDER PROCEDURE

All orders must be written. 2 different ways to proceed: you can choose to order by our online ordering system

OR

Send us your inquiry by email (with code items, description size color, quantities), then we will send you back our approval and ask you to proceed to the first deposit payment (check our 'payment method' part).

2 : We accept payment by T.T (Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank, 3 : payment by international money order in any major currency We request an advance payment of 30 % of the total amount of the invoice prior to beginning production of the order, with the balance being transferred at the time goods are ready to ship plus the shipping costs

3 - QUALITY CONTROL

KOSELI NEPAL takes great pride in the quality and workmanship of all our produced. We use only the finest material in our produced.

4 – SHIPPING Shipment could be arranged through, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, Sky Net, Aramex even air and sea freight CARGO as requested.

SEA CARGO : Two alternatives are possible : FCL (Full Container Load) : That means that buyers will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot container, whatever he will put inside. He can ship the goods whenever he wants, and like that synchronies with he production schedule.

LCL (Less than Container Load) Thant means that the buyer cannot fill a full container, in this case, the shipping company charge per cubic meter. The container will only be ship, when the container will be full, with other cargo's customers.

AIR CARGO: Cargo Shipment If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, and if you has to be fast, AIR CARGO is a good solution. The buyer pays per kgs or per volumetric kgs. (Depends which one is the heaviest). Minimum 45 kilos. Fast Shipment: If your shipment is very urgent, you can use some express courier services like FedEX, DHL or UPS. This is the fastest way to ship goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive. It's also the solution we generally use for jewelry order.

Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. KOSELI NEPAL is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government.

7 - CANCEL AN ORDER AND REFUND When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible. After packaging, we will send you by email the balance and shipping cost to pay. Starting from the day we will request the second and final payment, all orders not paid within 3 weeks will be automatically cancelled without any refunds possible

RETURNS : Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your selection for any resion, you have 15 days to recive a full refund minus shipping.

Special orders, close-outs’ and altered goods, are not returnable….

RE- ORDERS: we encourage re-orders. Please mail for items in stock

BE ADVISED : Items not in stock require a 3 to 6 week lead time

SHIP DATE : please note : goods are manufactured according to your order we will give you a window of time (e.g.8-15/9-15) for your ship date. This means we will start ship your order as soon as possible during this time. If we cannot start ship your order within 10 days after the letter days ,we will let you know if cancle date is required, please provied one at time of order.

9- Tracking packages

Once your order ships, we will send you an email containing your final order summary which will provide a curior tracking number for your package .this email will also contain a convenient link to your courior details which you can use to easily check the shipping statusof your package.
