Mikael Thorson
Mikael has previously served four years as principal of the Knowledge & Content Management practice at IBM Global Services. As a practice leader he was instrumental in establishing and managing several IBM Global Services partnerships with key customers and suppliers in the Knowledge & Content management area. Mikael was also an internal subject matter expert on advanced information retrieval systems, working closely together with the IBM Research Laboratories.
Prior to IBM, Mikael Thorson served two years with the Swedish Institute of Systems Development (SISU) where we worked as a research staff member focusing on technology support for Competitive Intelligence activities. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars and workshops on Knowledge Management, Information Management and Competitive Intelligence.
