Description
It started out as me getting frustrated (no, I mean really frustrated) with what people are calling “Customer Service with their businesses. Then I started thinking about all the other things that grind my organ and decided to approach this my own way through a weblog.
And that’s just the first iteration. I’m smart enough to know that this isn’t going to remain the same as the first day we post it live. Not even close. It’s not the way I work at all. Expect to see changes on-going as you visit/view the site.
This is that place where you can expect me to complain, slam and upon occasion, say a nice thing or two about some pretty outstanding places that I happen to find–and do everyone a favor and tell me about the ones you find yourself.
