- On March 17th 2005 President Sezer, Prime Minister Erdogan and Foreign Minister Gul has appointed Nurten Ural as Honorary Consul General of Turkey for the State of Michigan. In her capacity as Honorary Consul General, Ms. Ural will represent Turkish interests in the United States and the State of Michigan.
