TriangleTrials is unbiased in the presentation of clinical trials. Preference is not given listings purchased directly by clinical trial affiliates: I post all trials I find that are recruiting in Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.

Sponsored trials are highlighted on the home page and in search results. Furthermore, sponsored trials are anchored in the weekly newsletter. In contrast, only the 5 most recent non-sponsored trials are cycled through the home page and the newsletter.
