- In six dys it will have been one year since I left for OZ... how time flies. It seems like just yesterday I was sitting in the van down by the river reading a book, and relaxing. Now I'm home, working again, and paying the bills. Got myself a pretty good job, managing the kitchen at a sports bar called The Lookout Lounge. Good pay, good hours, and some good co-workers, best part is I'll be getting laid off come the spring freeing me up to work in Port, or collect pogey and enjoy a summer off... oh the possibilities :)
