About Us
Every great structure requires a solid foundation. The foundation of the United States of America is "We the People." In order for democracy to work it is of utmost importance for the People (this means you) to be involved. Membership in the Young Republicans is a fantastic way to participate in the political process.
The Tarrant County Young Republicans club is a local chapter of the Texas Young Republicans Federation. The purpose of the Club is to support the principles and objectives of the Republican Party, to work for the election of all duly nominated Republican candidates, and to promote the interests of young Republicans in Tarrant County. We engage in grassroot politics, meet office holders and candidates, and exercise our rights as concerned citizens.
To that end, the Club facilitates a time and place in downtown Fort Worth for like-minded individuals to congregate. We have two regular events scheduled every month; happy hour on the first Thursday @ 6:30 in Fox & Hound, and a business meeting on the fourth Wednesday @ 7:00pm in Pour House.
