In 1966 Community Living Sioux Lookout received its charter and in 1974 became incorporated. Community Living Sioux Lookout is a member-driven organization run by a volunteer board of directors.

Community Living Sioux Lookout is governed by an elected Board of Directors, and membership which is open to anyone in the community. Everyone is welcome who wishes to join us as we move forward with Our Goals and Ideals to meet Our Dream.

Community Living Sioux Lookout provides supports and services to individuals, and their families, through a Person-Centered Planning Process which identifies the person’s desired outcomes.
