- I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Marketing and Logistics department at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. I completed my Ph.D. in Business Administration at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. My research is in the area of Consumer Behavior, and my specific research interests include Services Marketing, Consumers' Stereotypes, and Branding. My mentor (and also the chair of my dissertation committee while at Marshall) is Professor Valerie Folkes.
