- About the time that Senator Joseph McCarthy of the Senate Permanent Investigation Subcommittee was holding the Army-McCarthy hearings where he claimed that the Army was infiltrated by communists in the early ‘50s at the height of the Red Scare, President Eisenhour was using the Canal Zone as an MK Ultra-like mind control laboratory for diversity and sensitivity training in preparation for turning the Panama Canal over to Panama. As Americans were being brainwashed with diversity training and cultural sensitivity, Eisenhour ordered the Panamanian flag to fly in the Canal Zone with equal status to the Stars and Stripes. This same boilerplate that was used in the Zone is now being used from California to Colorado as our government and corporations prepare to turn the Southwestern United States over to Mexican control with a Mestizo majority. Mexican flags are prominently displayed in many California and Colorado schools and even at the Fair Grounds in some Southern California communities. Senator Joseph McCarthy must be laughing in his grave.
