- The Pineloch Piranhas are a summer swim club in the Clear Creek Swimming League (CCSL). The CCSL is composed of 19 teams from communities in Clear Lake, Baytown, Dickinson, Friendswood, League City, Pasadena, El Lago, Clear Lake Forest and Deer Park. The league is divided into three divisions for small, medium and large teams. The Piranhas swim in the large team division with an enrollment of around 200 swimmers ranging in age from 5 to 18 years of age. The Piranhas maintain the staff and purchase equipment necessary to operate the team through collection of registration fees, local business donations, a team fundraiser and concession sales at home meets.
