And just like mood swings during really bad PMS, Hirshman's piece doesn't make much sense. That's when I started laughing. To talk about "the state of feminsim today" by using examples from one, two, three, four years ago? That is actually the problem with "the state of feminism today": Focusing on bullshit from the past that we can't change instead of trying to understand the way that things are right now. Because how can anyone nitpick about the way things should be, when they don't even have a grasp on how they really are?
