Search one dictionary or many
The dictionary queries servers over the internet (or local dictionary servers if you have access to one) with multiple dictionaries supported for a fuller set of results/definitions. The default server used isDict.org which features lookups with over 75 various dictionaries, including translation dictionaries. Users can select one, several or all dictionaries in the Dict.org database for their searches.
OS X Intergration
OmniDictionary is a completely Mac savvy application, which allows other Mac applications to look up words using their interface. Users can access this using a command-key or via the "Services" menu.
